Delivery

Your preloved gems will be packaged carefully and sent via EVRI or Royal Mail second class. We charge a flat fee of £4, no matter how much you buy so you can go crazy with your preloved hauls!

At the moment we ship once a week (usually on a Monday) but if you need your item sooner please do get in touch via e-mail or Instagram message.

Free local collection in Bristol/Bath (we are based in East Bristol). Please select the pick up option at the checkout. We will e-mail you once your items are ready to collect.

As we’re all about doing our bit for the planet over here, the parcel bags we use are either recycled paper mailers or degradable mailers which also have a second glue line so can be used again!
